totally demoralised
10:51 pm

All along from pri sch, sec sch and jc, my grades have been average, or perhaps a lil above average to get me where i am now. so i thought, hey, i should work harder in uni to compensate for the missed effort that i should be putting in. i DID try, and i worked consistently for 4 of my modules throughout this sem. no missed lectures and tutorials at all and all readings done. but its so frustrating that no matter how hard you try, you can't get out the vicious cycle of attaining mediocre results, or worst still below average marks.

i have no idea whats happening. maybe i am just not born with sufficient intelligence. its very disappointing to know that you had put in your best and this is what you can achieve; a low performer i am. well results aint out yet, in fact i am only done with 3 papers, but i can anticipate the results. Health psy is gone, with a philosophical kind of question that left me stunned for a while, JS is also gone, i had such a hard time attempting the MCQs.

the initial confidence of doing well since I had interest in the module disappeared. you can be interested in JS, interested in health psy, interested in environmental issues but doing well is another thing.

demoralized to even study for social psychology next monday, when everyone is doing so well for mid terms. i need to work that little more, but all is bleak when results are released on 30th may. =(
